'Glitch' affects UK's sea-bed 'plug'

The installation of the world's largest wave energy testing site has begun. The new device will function like a 'socket' on the sea-bed, allowing for future wave-power harnessing devices to channel their energy through the National Grid. But as Alex Bushill reports, the team is experiencing some early technical 'glitches'.
