N.S. doctor punished for using patient to get drugs

A Nova Scotia doctor who used a patient to get a narcotic drug for her personal use will be allowed to return to the practice of medicine if she fulfills several conditions imposed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia.
