Nicholson touts mental-health crime bill ahead of vote

Members of Parliament will vote Tuesday on whether to send a bill to change the treatment of offenders found not criminally responsible for their crimes to committee, the next stage in the process of approving proposed amendments to the Criminal Code. Justice Minister Rob Nicholson is encouraging the move.
