Assisted-death services won't be prosecuted in Nova Scotia

Medical professionals in Nova Scotia won't be prosecuted for offering assisted death, the province's Public Prosecution Service announced Thursday, as long as the process falls within the scope of the Supreme Court of Canada's Carter ruling.
