Free wireless internet access recommended for Winnipeg libraries

Winnipeggers are one step closer to having access to free wireless internet at the city's libraries. The City of Winnipeg's library advisory committee recommended the move at a meeting on Monday. Now it's up to city council to decide whether the estimated cost of $30,000 to provide the service is worth it.
