Submarine expedition visits rare B.C. glass sponge reefs

Musician Dan Mangan, global explorer Bruce Kirkby, and B.C. MLA Andrew Wilkinson are joining a group of conservationists and scientists on deep submersible dives in Howe Sound to view rare prehistoric glass sea sponges that were long thought extinct.
