Critics wary as Ottawa's responsible mining review set for release

The federal government’s five-year review of Canada’s corporate social responsibility strategy for the extractive sector is expected to be completed as early as next week. But the long-anticipated report is unlikely to recommend the creation of a legislated ombudsman for the industry.
