Franklin ship dive 'like going back in time' for archeologist

Marc-André Bernier, chief of underwater archeology sciences at Parks Canada, is one of two speakers at a free lecture on the Franklin Expedition hosted by the Centre for International Governance and Innovation in Waterloo, Ont. The lecture will be live streamed by CBCNews.ca at 7 p.m. ET.
