Franklin expedition search to return to Arctic this summer

There were no ministerial or even prime ministerial trumpets this time. But after weeks of playing coy, Parks Canada finally confirmed, with a modest website update yesterday, that it is returning to the High Arctic this summer to continue the search for Franklin's lost ship.
