Go-live esa-p supplier update

The preparation activities for the opening of esa-p are drawing to a conclusion. The technical teams and the ESA programme directorates are currently validating the loading of data in the new system. To provide a satisfactory environment for ESA suppliers to manage their invoicing reliably at go-live of the system, extra validations are being performed that will slightly change the opening date of the esa-p system to external users. The target opening date is 19 February.
