Gallant, can help you find a balance between eating what you want and eating for health in a way that is sustainable and life affirming. The class, held each Wednesday from Sept. 21 to Nov. 9, costs $75 for students and $150 for others with valid Harvard ID. The fee includes a copy of the book “Intuitive Eating” by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. To register, send your name and phone number to nutrition@uhs.harvard.edu.
