Moments after receiving the sixth annual Outstanding Lifetime Achievement Award in Cultural Humanism at Harvard’s historic Memorial Church, Emmy-award winning comedian, actor, and aspiring politician Eddie Izzard delighted in sharing a typo on his award with the audience. “There’s an E missing!” he said, grinning wolfishly, of the award presented by the Humanist Community at Harvard, the American Humanist Association,  and the Harvard Community of Humanists, Atheists, and Agnostics as part of Atheist Coming Out Week. “That’s all right, though — if we were religious, everything would have to be perfect, but we’re real people. So I actually prefer this.
