WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – Elle Hagedorn followed her own miss with 8 seconds to play to give the Harvard women’s basketball team a 61-57 win at Hartford Thursday night in the first round of the Women’s National Invitation Tournament. Hagedorn’s last-second bucket accounted for her only points of the night but it ended a 5-0 run by Hartford to secure the victory.
