Schwarzenegger vetoes cosmetic surgery bill

The measure, prompted by the death of the mother of rapper Kanye West, is among the hundreds that the governor is reviewing as he rushes to meet a Tuesday midnight deadline. A measure intended to prevent cosmetic surgery-related deaths fell victim to a rash of vetoes Sunday by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
