Atypical antipsychotics, cognitive behavioral therapy and depression

I read with interest Melissa Healy's two April 13 articles " Atypical Antipsychotics: Too Hard a Sell? " and " Beyond Antidepressants: There Are Other Treatments ." As she reported, depression is treated more effectively and there is a lower rate of relapse when antidepressant medication is combined with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
