Sylmar brush fire burns 100 acres

Between three and five structures are confirmed burned, officials say, with several more threatened. City firefighters and crews from Angeles National Forest are responding to blaze. A brush fire fanned by high winds sparked up to 100 acres in the hills above Veterans Memorial Park, north of Sylmar, officials said.
