L.A. city administrator gets 3 years probation on drunk-driving charge

Los Angeles City Administrative Officer Miguel Santana on Tuesday pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence and was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to pay $1,737 in fines and penalties.
