A West Virginia man wins a small victory, but not the war, against a mining company in the Coal River Valley.Few homeowners in Appalachia dare to stand up to coal companies. But Bo Webb did, and achieved the unthinkable: force a company to move blasting on a mountaintop removal strip mining site away from his hollow.
