So far, the receding water at the landmark 13-acre lake has revealed shopping carts, steel barrels, skateboards — but no bodies, cash-stuffed safes or rusty cars. The drainage is part of a two-year, $64.7-million makeover of the lake and surrounding parkland.So far there have been no dead bodies, no safes stuffed with soggy cash, no rusty stolen cars.
