How to watch Jupiter rendezvous with the moon

If you are up late Friday night or before dawn on Saturday, two objects in the night sky will probably catch your eye: a waning gibbous moon and Jupiter.The waning gibbous phase, which is 56 percent illuminated, will emerge from above the east-northeast horizon around 11:20 p.m.
