Aquaponic vertical farm start up Edenworks grows all manner of microgreens their in Brooklyn operation. Grown in a self-sustaining ecosystem, their nutrient-rich product is intended to be on shelves 24 hours after it is harvested with the hope of changing the way produce is created and distributed in large cities.
