1128 AD: Can you hear the echoes of the Monks?

A small group of Monks arrived on the bank of the River Wye in 1128. Their mission was to build England's first Cistercian Abbey. The ruins of which can be seen in the pictures below. The Abbey existed as a vibrant community for over 400 years before King Henry VIII sacked it.
