National Center for Airborne Laser Mapping Comes to UH

UH has increased its cadre of laser mapping researchers, expanding pioneering work in homeland security, disaster recovery, oil and gas exploration, wind farm site planning and environmental studies. UH now boasts its first and only NSF-supported center, established and sustained by funding from the National Science Foundation.
