According to the Northeast Regional Climate Center at Cornell University, Caribou, Maine, has a 50 percent probability of having at least an inch of snow on the ground on Thanksgiving. That's the best odds of any city in the Northeast. New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., look to be snow free.
