Investigators at UAB have identified an intriguing potential treatment target for the most common form of Guillain-Barre syndrome. In a new study, the authors offer evidence of a crucial pathogenic role for a molecule that is associated with AIDP, the most common variant of Guillain-Barre syndrome.
