I take one in the morning before I go to work and one before bed. I jump on my treadmill in my garage and do 25 minutes on there. I usually do a walk/run combination where I run for the majority of the time. I do this 3-5 times a week and I begin to tone up very fast. I drink lots of water, take a mult-vitamin, and eat a high protein/high complex carb. diet, I really can drop major weight.
