Researchers find some orthodontic appliances are more prone to bacteria

Researchers at the Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry have found the majority of patients with self-ligating orthodontic brackets retain fewer bacteria in plaque than patients with elastomeric orthodontic brackets.
