Third generation spawning of Atlantic bonito

Atlantic bonito broodstock (Sarda sarda) at a marine culture plant have begun to spawn viable eggs spontaneously. Researchers are rearing the third generation of individuals born in captivity, thereby continuing with the process of the domestication of this species.
