Leprosy is still a problem of public health in different countries of Africa, South-East Asia and Latin America, even if were achieved some progress: from 2003 to 2004 fell by 21% over the world and 29% only in India. However, problems such as poverty and discrimination are those which affect more harshly the victims of this scourge. read more
