T-Day is right around the corner again, and while it's a holiday that means different things to many of us, for those of us who are vegetarians like myself, it can sometimes be an interesting time of year. If your relatives already know you're one of those veggie people and are willing to accommodate you -- or if, better still, they're veggies too -- you're in luck. Otherwise, however, you may find yourself forced to choose between explaining your views at the dinner table, which is impolite and in shockingly bad taste, or just caving in and eating turkey(been there, done that).
