Massive Gas Cloud Will Collide With Milky Way, Eventually | Video

Smith’s Cloud, named after an astronomy student that discovered it in 1963,will collide with the "Perseus Arm" of the Milky Way galaxy in about 30 million years. It will result in a "brilliant burst of star formation," according to NASA.
