Elkhorn, staghorn coral get new protection

WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 (UPI) -- The U.S. Fisheries Service says it will increase its protection of elkhorn and staghorn corals in Florida, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
