Saudi Aramco wins Jazan refinery bid

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, Jan. 20 (UPI) -- State-owned Saudi Aramco won the rights to build the $10 billion Jazan refinery that could produce as much as 400,000 barrels of oil per day, officials said.
