WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 (UPI) -- A cementing procedure meant to isolate the MC252 well on the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico was approved to start Thursday by the U.S. government, BP said. BP - Gulf of Mexico - Cement - United States - U.S. government
