EDINBURGH, Scotland, Aug. 16 (UPI) -- With British oil company BP set to drill for oil in Libya, doctors who treated the Lockerbie bomber are questioning his 2009 release on compassionate grounds. Libya - Scotland - Compassionate release - Lockerbie - Africa
