BAKU, Azerbaijan, Aug. 17 (UPI) -- The acquisition of a stake in a Caspian Sea oil field lays the foundation for a strategic position in Azerbaijan, officials at British oil company BP said. Azerbaijan - Asia - BP - Caspian Sea - Business and Economy
