MOSCOW, Aug. 18 (UPI) -- The president of Tajikistan arrived Wednesday in Moscow to discuss further bilateral cooperation in the energy sector, a Russian spokesman said. Moscow - Russia - Tajikistan - Asia - Administrative Regions
