Kazakhstan resumes oil transit through Ukraine

KIEV, Ukraine, Sept. 14 (UPI) -- Kazakhstan has agreed to resume using Ukraine as a transit nation for its oil supplies to Europe, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich said Wednesday.
