China's Three Gorges Dam reaches capacity

BEIJING, Oct. 27 (UPI) -- The water level in the reservoir of China's Three Gorges dam – the world's largest and most expensive hydroelectric project -- reached its capacity of 574 feet on Tuesday, Chinese state media reported.
