Dr. Louise Reiss, test ban figure, dies

PINECREST, Fla., Jan. 10 (UPI) -- Dr. Louise Reiss, whose study of baby teeth helped convince world nuclear powers to ban atmospheric atomic testing, died at the age of 90, her son Eric said.
