Otters face toxic risks in Sweden

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- Otters in Sweden, whose numbers have grown since toxic PCBs were banned in the 1970s, are facing threats from a new toxic source, wildlife officials say.
