Nepal to offer plan for conservation of endangered snow leopards

KATMANDU, Nepal, Aug. 15 (UPI) -- Nepal says it will present a seven-point plan on better conservation of snow leopards at an upcoming Global Snow Leopard Conservation conference in Kyrgyzstan.
