Former Amazon.com exec Joy Covey dies in bicycle accident

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 20 (UPI) -- Joy Covey, a former executive with Amazon.com, died earlier this week when her bicycle collided with a truck in California's Silicon Valley, police said.
