Connecticut governor won't ban chocolate milk in schools

Matt BradwellHARTFORD, Conn., May 16 (UPI) -- Connecticut Gov. Dannel Malloy said he is against banning chocolate milk in schools, despite legislation passed by the state assembly pulling sugary drinks.
