Elizabeth ShimPAJU, South Korea, March 23 (UPI) -- A forest fire that began Monday in North Korea rolled into South Korea, crossing the Demilitarized Zone and mobilizing hundreds of South Korean emergency personnel into the border between North and South Korea.
