State Department: 186 North Korean refugees now reside in the United States

Elizabeth ShimWASHINGTON, Aug. 4 (UPI) -- The United States is now home to 186 North Korean refugees who first began to arrive in 2006 – two years after the North Korean Human Rights Act of 2004 was signed into law by then President George W. Bush.
