Slow heart rate does not increase risk for heart disease

Stephen FellerWINSTON-SALEM, N.C., Jan. 19 (UPI) -- Absent other associated symptoms, people with a slower than normal heartbeat are not at increased risk for developing cardiovascular disease, researchers found.
