2016 NFL Mock Draft: Oakland Raiders get a RB; Cleveland Browns, San Francisco 49ers, LA Rams take QB's

By Dane Brugler, The Sports Xchange Oakland Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio said recently that Oakland "didn't run effectively enough" in 2015 and the franchise plans to address the backfield this offseason. While that doesn't necessarily indicate they will draft a running back in the first round, it will be tough to pass up a talent like Ohio State's Ezekiel Elliott if he lasts to the 14th pick.
