Germany pleads for Russia, Syria to allow aid in Aleppo

Allen ConeBERLIN, Aug. 15 (UPI) -- Germany is pleading with Russia and the Syrian government to allow food, water and medical supplies into Aleppo as airstrikes intensified in the war-torn city.
