How a million old plastic bags and 64 km of fishing rope became a new dock

A new dock has been built in Hubbards, N.S., that uses boards made out of recycled plastic. The owner of the company that makes them says he hopes it will inspire Nova Scotians to use this kind of lumber in marine applications.
